CEO & Founder, Mycelium Enterprises
Matthew Rhoden is a pioneering entrepreneur and innovator with over 15 years of experience in the cannabis, MNA, and mushroom industries. Known for his relentless drive and forward-thinking mindset, Matthew has consistently been at the forefront of botanical sciences, genetics, and cultivation technologies.
At just 18 years old, Matthew opened the first successful dispensary in Orange County, California. Since then, he has gone on to develop award-winning cannabis genetics and cultivation systems that have shaped the modern medical and recreational cannabis landscape. His ventures have earned full licensure in California, Nevada, and Colorado, and he has worked extensively with both state and federal agencies to help shape policy, regulation, and reform within the industry.
Widely recognized for his deep expertise, Matthew’s knowledge of the cannabis sector is well beyond his years. His brilliance in all facets of the industry from plant genetics to extraction science has positioned him as a true authority and visionary in the field. His intuitive understanding of cultivation systems, product development, and regulatory strategy continues to set new benchmarks across the industry.
In 2008, Matthew founded HRC Wellness Inc., his first licensed medical marijuana collective, followed by the launch of Veterans Patient Association LLC, a compassionate care dispensary designed to serve U.S. military veterans and medically vulnerable communities. Through these ventures, he implemented holistic wellness programs including massage therapy, physical rehabilitation, and patient aid discount systems, setting a new standard for patient-first care in the cannabis sector.
Matthew later established Just Quality LLC, which introduced an innovative sliding scale payment system and Med Aid program, ensuring equitable access to medicine for all patients regardless of financial status. His commitment to community-focused care has been a core tenet throughout his career.
In 2014, he expanded into Nevada, securing four fully integrated licenses in Las Vegas and collaborating with state officials to influence cannabis legislation and tax frameworks across several states.
In 2017, Matthew was awarded a rare and prestigious contract with the U.S. Department of Defense to support cannabis cultivation for military medical research, including studies in wound care, burn treatment, and radiation countermeasures. His work in this space places him in a unique position as both a government partner and industry leader.
Beyond cannabis, Matthew has spent the last decade immersed in the study of mycology. As the Founder and CEO of Mycelium Enterprises, he is developing patented cultivation and extraction technologies that promise to transform the mushroom industry for both functional and industrial applications. His research spans genetic development, ecological biology, and industrial extraction methods making Mycelium Enterprises a key innovator in the field.
His technical training includes applied botany, plant propagation, irrigation science, and ecological systems, studied under industry experts. Matthew has also worked closely with Ph.D. horticulturists and hydroponic specialists, ensuring that his strategies remain on the cutting edge of agricultural innovation.

Mr. Andrew Boyd-Jones serves as Managing Partner at Sigma Investment Partners, Inc., a multi-family office. He has been involved in Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Commercial Lending for over 30 years. He attended the University of Virginia and the London School of Economics. He began his career at JP Morgan Chase in the Asia-Pacific Group financing the Western Hemisphere operations of Japanese trading companies. From there he worked with Deutsche Bank (then Bankers Trust) in their LBO team in LA with clients such as KKR, Greene & Partners, among others. Mr. Boyd-Jones co-founded Trenwith Capital in the 1980s initially as a turn-around consultancy practice based in Los Angeles. Working with the Special Asset departments of major commercial banks he provided operational guidance, vendor negotiations, DIP financing, and conducted 363 sales for their customers. Trenwith Capital became Trenwith Securities in the 1990s as a middle market Investment Bank specializing in Capital Market transactions and Mergers & Acquisitions. During this time over 300 transactions were executed with over $3 billion in transaction value. Trenwith Securities was sold to BDO Seidman in 2001. Mr. Boyd-Jones then joined the Spencer Family Office (Holding Capital Group HCG) and launched the HCG Mezzanine Development Fund as a principal of the firm. He began to execute a series of Private Equity transactions in such industries as apparel, food and beverage, leasing, franchising, and healthcare services. In 2015 he formed Tellson Holdings, Inc. as a single-family office focused on private equity transactions. With the advent of an active private investment base the name was changed to Sigma Investment Partners, Inc. in 2025.

Tiffany Anderson is a seasoned cannabis professional with over ten years of experience spanning cultivation, product development, and consumer and industry education. She began her career in hands-on cultivation, where she developed a deep understanding of plant science, genetics, and sustainable growing practices. Her work in product development has helped bring innovative, high-quality cannabis products to market, with a focus on consistency, safety, and customer experience.
Throughout her career, Tiffany has been committed to elevating industry knowledge—leading trainings, creating educational content, and empowering both consumers and professionals with clear, science-based information. Known for her operational expertise and passion for plant medicine, she continues to help shape a more informed, responsible, and forward-thinking cannabis industry.

With over 15 years of experience in the cannabis industry, Zander Kingsley is a seasoned brand architect and marketing strategist known for shaping some of the most recognizable names in modern cannabis culture. His journey began at just 18 years old, entering the industry through sales before attending Florida State University, where he earned his BFA in Digital Design and Marketing.
Driven by ambition and a passion for emerging markets, Zander relocated to California to expand his work—starting with indoor cultivation before launching his own distribution company under Prop 215. He successfully transitioned that operation into the licensed recreational market, servicing major clients including Cheech Marin. After scaling and eventually selling that company, he joined Medterra CBD as employee #3, helping build the brand from a living room startup into a 100+ employee global operation.
Over the course of his career, Zander has branded and developed 50+ cannabis and wellness brands, bringing a unique combination of creative vision and operational expertise. His portfolio includes notable projects like “Stoned Love” by Pepper, along with a wide spectrum of CPG, hemp-derived, and recreational product lines.
Zander specializes in brand identity, marketing strategy, CPG development, and logistics, combining deep industry insight with a designer’s eye and an operator’s efficiency. As CMO, he brings a full-stack understanding of the cannabis lifecycle—from cultivation and manufacturing to distribution, retail, and cultural relevance—driving brands that stand out, scale fast, and resonate authentically.

We are currently developing both our outdoor fields and our 200,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art greenhouse campus, engineered for precision-controlled, year-round production.
